Shipping Policy
Most orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that include items that are backordered, including items listed as “Out of Stock Available On-Line,” and embroidered/personalized orders will take up to 2 weeks to process.
Return Policy
Purchased items may be returned or exchanged with original invoice/receipt within 30 days of the purchase. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition including packaging, attached tags, instruction manuals, etc. Any item that has been marked as clearance/final sale; or has been worn, laundered, embroidered, altered, or personalized in any way cannot be returned.
Original shipping, processing and handling charges are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until the order has been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, call 435-628-4443.
